How it started…

The idea of HOTLATES was born from a desire to combine the benefits of traditional Pilates with the advantages of exercising in a heated environment. Inspired by the warmth and energy of outdoor Pilates classes in Southern California during the pandemic, we recognized the benefits of this unique fitness experience to enhance flexibility, improve circulation, and increase calorie burn. This marked the beginning of HOTLATES!

Our philosophy is to create a space where clients can push their limits, detoxify their bodies, and achieve their fitness goals in a supportive and motivating environment. With the vision of bringing the rejuvenating and invigorating effects of heat to Pilates, we launched HOTLATES, offering a truly transformative workout experience.

Hotlates is a combination of Hot Pilates and Reformer Pilates. At Hotlates, you can expect a hot environment while working out with instructors on our brand new reformer equipment. The thermostats are set to 85 degrees Fahrenheit and can be felt evenly throughout the studio.
