This comprehensive 80-hour program combines live, in-person education with practical observation experience to help you develop the knowledge and confidence required to lead Mat Pilates classes.
Whether you want to begin a new fitness career, expand your current credentials, or deepen your personal Pilates practice, this training gives you a clear path from student to instructor.

No. There are no prerequisites for enrollment. The program is designed to teach you the foundational knowledge and skills needed to begin leading Mat Pilates classes.
Yes. The instructional portion includes 30 hours of in-person training across two weekends.
Yes. Attendance during both scheduled weekends is required to complete the program.
No. Observation hours are completed separately according to the instructions provided during training.
No. Required books and learning materials must be purchased separately.
You must complete all 30 in-person training hours, document 50 observation hours, pass the written examination, and successfully teach a 45-minute practical test-out class.
Completion does not guarantee employment. Graduates may be considered for available teaching opportunities based on studio needs, instructor performance, and any additional hiring requirements
This is a studio-based Mat Pilates teacher-training program. Participants who satisfy all program requirements receive a certificate of completion from HOTLATES.
