This comprehensive 80-hour program combines live, in-person education with practical observation experience to help you develop the knowledge and confidence required to lead Mat Pilates classes.

Whether you want to begin a new fitness career, expand your current credentials, or deepen your personal Pilates practice, this training gives you a clear path from student to instructor.

No Prerequisites Required

You do not need previous teaching experience or an existing fitness certification to enroll

Your 80-Hour Training

30 Hours of In-Person Instruction

Participate in two intensive training weekends covering Mat Pilates technique, movement principles, teaching skills, class structure, and practical instruction.

50 Hours of Observation

Complete 50 observation hours to see how experienced instructors structure classes, cue movements, offer modifications, and manage a group environment.

Final Assessment

To successfully complete the program, participants must pass:

  • One written examination
  • One 45-minute practical test-out class
  • All required in-person training and observation hours

Participants who successfully complete all program requirements will receive a
Mat Pilates Teacher Training Certificate of Completion.
